Surah At-tahrim And Multiple Spouse
my question is that if a women while marrying a man puts a condition that he won’t bring any other woman into the house, if he wants to marry her. then can’t it be said to that woman that why are you bounding that man to just marry you and not other woman when he is married to you.
and if that man agrees to the woman’s condition to marry her. would it come under making a halal matter haram in the category of surah tahrim ayat 1?
like the man decides not to marry another woman while he is married to her, and in order to fulfill her condition, so would that man or that woman be sinful according to ayah 1 of surah tahrim?

Surah tehrim has specific context. Ghamidi sb writes
بیویوں کی دل داری انسانی معاشرت کا حسن اور اپنی جگہ ایک نہایت پسندیدہ چیز ہے، لیکن پیغمبر کا معاملہ الگ ہے۔ اُس کے ہر قول و فعل کی دین میں بڑی اہمیت ہوتی ہے۔ نبی صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اگر کسی چیز کو استعمال نہ کرنے کی قسم کھا لیتے تو شدید اندیشہ تھا کہ کوئی متقی مسلمان اُس چیز کو ہاتھ نہ لگاتا اور وہی صورت پیدا ہو جاتی جو حضرت یعقوب کے معاملے میں ہوئی کہ اُنھوں نے کسی وجہ سے اونٹ کا گوشت کھانا پسند نہیں کیا تو یہود نے اُسے ہمیشہ کے لیے حرام ٹھیرا لیا۔
