  I read in the book “Maqamat” chapter 25 حدیث و سنت the statement مستقل بالذات احکام و ہدایات what does it mean could some explain it.

  سنت سے آنے والے مستقل بالذات احکام جیسے نماز روزہ حج اور ان کے متعلقات ہیں قرآن سے ملنے والا مستقل بالذات حکم جیسے قانون وراثت ہے۔
