Can A Person Giving Azan Lead The Salah As Well?
Asalam o Alakum, can the same person do the Adhan and the lead the prayer as well? Someone in the masjid mentioned that it’s not permissible?

There is no a problem with it. The one who thinks it is not permissible has to provide evidence for its being not allowed.
