Liver can regenerate itself so liver transplants using a small portion of a living donor is possible. As long as it is legal in your country, there is no prohibition in the Islamic Sharia to pay someone in order to save your own life or that of a loved one.

What if its illegal ? Law only allows close relatives to donate so only possibility is to deceive the law somehow

Deception is immoral and everything immoral is prohibited in Islam.

I would like to add that when trying to save someone’s life it might be justifiable to deceive. The final decision rests with the person himself given the situation.
