Is Black Money Transfer Halal?
Is money transfer in black haram?
Because the bank also asks suud when u transfer but in the illegal way they dont ask suud.
Like many pakistani are doing this money transfer in black. And they say they asked to ulama and they said it is halal.
Kindly shed some light on this matter?

I am not sure what you mean by money transfer. From what origin to what destination? I am not aware of any banks that charge interest for simple transfers of your own money between your accounts or when you send money to someone else’s account. It is also not clear what you mean by money transfer in black.
Please understand that riba (sood) is only a concern in loan transactions. If you are not borrowing money from a bank then there is no question of riba.
