What are my responsibilities as a muslim if I live under an oppressive state? And special of the oppression is made intentionally ambiguous, democracy in front but something else at the back? Violating all democratic principles.

Responsibilities are determined by the status of a person. For a politician the responsibilities will be different than those of a teacher. Also responsibilities are dependent on the means of a person. In any case, only peaceful struggle should be undertaken.
