Here the definition of oral sex is different. To me, “Oral sex is often a part of foreplay before intercourse.”, which does not include mouth stimulation of the genitals or anal sex, which is against the sense of purity (Pakeezagi).

Oral sex it self means mouth stimulation of gentials, then how come definition is different, and foreplay is different from oral sex, need clarification from you sir that what is ORAL sex from your understanding?

Apart from the problem of definition, mouth stimulation is against the sense of purity and therefore not recommended.
