I see a lot of ads of people selling tools such as Grammarly, SEO Tools, Amazon Tools etc at half or even less price than the actual price mentioned on those websites.
Should one buy these or not?

That depends on your understanding of the matter i.e. whether these softwares are sold through piracy without legal consent of the software developer or legally with consent of the developer. If it is the former then such a purchase should be avoided.
