Inheritance Distribution When Deceased Only Had One Daughter
According to Quran, daughter will get Half of inheritence, after giving shares to wife of deceased and his parents. who will get the remaining /undistributed/left over inheritence ?
and suppose , the deceased left just a home. do they have to sell it to distribute it to some NON family member ? (non family member means not living in that home)

The left over property goes to the nearest male member of the family who is supposed to take care of the family. However the remaining amount can go to the daughter, if the authority find it necessary or suitable.
Answering to second part, it is to be decided by the stakeholders how to distribute the property. There can be more than one ways to do it.
