Should Zakat Be Given Only To The Poor People
Assalamoalaikum Brothers,
Just had couple of question in regards to Zakaat.
1. Does one has to ensure that his Zakaat is only given to “Maskeen” or one can give Zakaat to people who have house (but in bad condition – don’t have money to repair) or someone went through significant business loss? Can one give Zakaat to someone with above mentioned conditions for helping in business or fixing house?
If there is an answer on a similar question from Javaid Sahab, please share as well.
