Impurity Transfer
If I touch an impurity and then it dried out. Then if I touch an smooth surface with that hand ,will the impurity transfer to that smooth surface?

Impurity is something tangible, not imaginary. If the impurity is visible and falls from one hand to another thing, it may or may not make that thing impure. But if it is invisible, we have no reason to thing it might travel to other body.

What if it was visible then it dried out then you touched a smooth surface then will it transfer?

dried impurity does not penetrate or travel to another body, except that one smells or see its colour in the other body.
