Splitting Of Moon Really Happened?
I am troubled by the splitting of the moon ayat.. Was it an optical illusion? Did it really happen.. there seems to be inconsistency in how the Quran refuses to show any ‘miracles’ even though the prophet is asking for them.. and then there’s this massive miracle of splitting the moon .. shouldn’t we see evidence of this if it really happened? More importantly, Why would it need to happen? Wasn’t the Quran itself the proof ? Please shed some light on how you approach this puzzle.
