Zakat Exemption In Case Of Debt
We are planning to buy a house and for that we need to borrow money from people as well as bank. Do we still have to remove zakat from our money. What is the ruling on that?

If one has every plan to pay that debt and is also in a position to pay that debt, then there is no reason to not pay their obligatory Zakat. However, if someone is in a position where they have genuinely become needy (i.e. after payment of loan amount they will not be in a position to pay their Zakat), then in that case they can be considered exempt from Zakat
