Member March 12, 2023 at 8:51 amI’m looking for a summary of what is being discussed in the video. I understood the example at the end, which seemed interesting. However, some of the Urdu used at the beginning of the video is difficult for me to understand.
JazakAllah

Scholar March 12, 2023 at 8:56 amThe summary is that pure religion is not very attractive to people generally. They need something interesting, celebration or worldly and material benefits from it to adopt it. A mixture of religion with some other ingredients of public interest is more popular. and the situation will never change.

Member March 12, 2023 at 9:41 pmJazakAllah Dr. Irfan Shahzad. Is this only a barrier for laypeople or for religious scholars too? I mean to say, is the way that religious scholars interpret religion affected by the way that people generally understand religion (as per the clip)?
