Plz ask objective question in clear way.
The ayah refer to trained animals. So the dog will be trained in an specific manner which will make the hunted food halal.

    My question is –

How come fitrat is feeling dog as disgusting (because it swallows it own vomit) and the same dog is used for hunting with his saliva (as per quran verse)

Apparently quran verse and fitrat are not in sync in this case.

Are you mentioning regurgitation? if yes, then cows and other cattles also do it.
The vomiting happens due to indigestion which mean it is not been taken care of.
A trained dog will be trained to avoid it.

Btw I disagree with your statement that fitrah consider dog dirty because it eat vomits.
Perhaps @Irfan76 sb can give better response.

Fitrat is what all humans have a tendency towards something. Humans see hens picking worms from dirt and filth and goats drink their urine but they let it go as a habit of theirs and eat their meat without any reservations. The same goes for dogs. humans keep them for various purposes including hunting since history begins and do not feel disgusted for the prey they bring to them and praise them for their faithfulness and the care they take of their master.

We do not eat dogs so their filthy habits. Not always do they vomit and not always do they lick it. So there is no evidence of nature, a general tendency of feeling towards dogs being disgusting. This is how we deal with animals.

Yes, you’re right that it is ignored whats hen’s and sheep do and yet their meat is eaten.

Thanks for the answer @Irfan76 sb.
