Can I Peg The Loan Given In PK RS To US Dollar Or Gold?
People don abide by the loan duration and a 1 year loan turns into a 5 year loan. As a result with the rupee depreciation this makes it difficult to keep giving loans. Is it ok to agree on the loan term that I am giving xx dollars worth PK RS and when you give back it’s the same xx dollars or xx dollar’s worth PK Rs ? Or am I asking for RIBA here?
