In this case, on earning, No zakat is to be paid, but on saving you have to pay the zakat of saving, i.e, 2.5 percent of your savings. Taxes are deducted from the amount of zakat. if your tax money is less than the zakat you have to pay, then you will pay the rest as zakat otherwise not.
