There is no specific way prescribed to contemplate or medicated in Quran. We are asked to look at natural phenomena to conclude that they are the great work of God. This indicates that this world is not an accident but meticulously created to lead to a meaningful end in the hereafter. Our sense of justice demands the day of judgment which is bound to come.
