    Division Of Quran Into Thirty Parah

    I read quran via para / juz,, first ayah of surah hijr is lue in juz/para 13 and para 14 start with 2nd verse of surah hijr.

    Why a single verse of surah hijr is put in another para, may by para 14 start with first verse of surah hijr,

    Who created juz para or is there any hidden behind this

    This division seems to be done by some non-Arab and got popular somehow. We do not know the reason. It seems it was done to divide Quran into thirty equal parts.
