Imam Malik Condemning The Practice Of Supplication After Fard Salah

In the following mentioned video uploaded yesterday Hasan Saaheb mentioned one of the comments of Imam Maalik R.A. about supplication after fardh salah with imaam. Can anyone provide the reference of it.

Moderator April 17, 2023 at 7:19 amPlease refer to the video below in order to understand how we come to know about opinions of Imam Malik, for the most of his principles of fiqh and some of his opinions.
As for the opinion of Imam Malik on the issue of Congregational Dua after Salah; In Al-Itisam By Imam Shatibi (Maliki), where he deals with the matter of group dhikr and dua. He mentions the following about a famous Maliki, Ibn-e-Battal in condemnation of the practice of group dua led by the Imam after Salah while having the followers say ‘Amin’ after each individual request:
…وَقَدْ نَقَلَ ابْنُ بَطَّالٍ عَنْ عُلَمَاءِ السَّلَفِ إِنْكَارَ ذَلِكَ وَالتَّشْدِيدَ فِيهِ عَلَى مَنْ فَعَلَهُ بِمَا فِيهِ كِفَايَةٌ
“And Ibn Battal related the condemnation of that and the harsh criticism of it against those who do that from the scholars of the Salaf in a manner that is sufficient.”

Then Shatibi says:
…هَذَا مَا نَقَلَهُ الشَّيْخُ بَعْدَ أَنْ جَعَلَ الدُّعَاءَ بِإِثْرِ الصَّلَاةِ بِهَيْئَةِ الِاجْتِمَاعِ دَائِمًا بِدْعَةً قَبِيحَةً
“This is what the Shaykh related—after he declared supplication (dua) after Salah in congregation on a regular basis—as being a deplorable innovation…”

Then he says about Imam Malik:
بَلْ مَا زَالَ الْإِنْكَارُ عَلَيْهِمْ مِنَ الْأَئِمَّةِ، فَقَدْ نَقَلَ الطَّرْطُوشِيُّ عَنْ مَالِكٍ فِي ذَلِكَ أَشْيَاءَ تَخْدِمُ الْمَسْأَلَةَ، فَحَصَلَ إِنْكَارُ مَالِكٍ لَهَا فِي زَمَانِهِ، وَإِنْكَارُ الْإِمَامِ الطَّرْطُوشِيِّ فِي زَمَانِهِ، وَاتَّبَعَ هَذَا أَصْحَابُهُ وَهَذَا أَصْحَابُهُ، ثُمَّ الْقَرَافِيُّ قَدْ عَدَّ ذَلِكَ مِنَ الْبِدَعِ الْمَكْرُوهَةِ عَلَى مَذْهَبِ مَالِكٍ، وَسَلَّمَ، وَلَمْ يُنْكِرْهُ عَلَيْهِ أَهْلُ زَمَانِهِ ـ فِيمَا نَعْلَمُهُ ـ مَعَ زَعْمِهِ أَنَّ مِنَ الْبِدَعِ مَا هُوَ حَسَنٌ
“…Rather, the Imams still object to them. And Tartushi related in that regard about Malik the things that serve the issue. So Malik’s condemnation of it happened during his time, as did Tartushi’s condemnation in his time. And his companions followed this. Then Al-Qarafi considered that among the disliked innovations (bidat makruha) according to the madhhab of Malik. And it was accepted. And the people of his time raised no objection to him—to the extent of my knowledge—in spite of his claim that there are innovations that are good.”

Kindly shed some light on it.
