    If they have a valid reason, then this is ok. If not and you are an adult, then you are not obliged to obey them in this case, rather you have to keep fast and if you don’t then it is a sinful act.

    I am 15 years and am obliged to fast because I have reached the age of puberty am I sinful? I was not sick or not able to fast.

    You should keep the remaining fasts of the ongoing month of Ramadan and then you can make up for the missing fasts by keeping the fasts in days other than Ramzan.

    Okay thank you. So if I have missed one day I shall fast only one day after Ramzan.

    yes. Equal number of fasts you have to keep after Ramzan.
