Forcing A Slave To Convert Into Islam
Asselamu aleykum,
I have read some once that, that it is permissible to force the Slave to convert into the Islamic faith, before having any relationship with her. Is that true?
Kindly clarify.

Yes, I’ve got my answer. (Alhamdulillah) This view was wrong, and Hz. Omer Faruk (rta) truly opposed that by quoting the verse from the Glorious Qur’an that “There is no compulsion in religion” (2:256). However, unfortunately, many Muslims have forcefully converted the non-Muslims in the history.
