“let suppose i want to go to Multan i will get transport if ALLAH ALLOW THIS and i will be able to reach my destination if ALLAH ALLOW this?

Yes, it is correct. this is meaning of لا حول و لا قوۃ الا باللہ and that is why we ان شاء اللہ
