Uncertainty About Intentions
i become uncertain and doubtful about my intentions persistently i think its happening due to OCD .i had been writing down my intentions before doing a task (few months ago) ( my analysis is that physiology behind doing this is to give myself reassurance in case i came doubtful) and also doing verbally niyat before even sending a watsapp message (not always ).but its stressful.what should i do other than seeking medical help?
