Taxable Income As Nisab Of Zakat On Salary
Salam !! Sir i want to ask that according to ghamidi sahab . Nisab on zakat of salary etc would be the taxable income .. but that law is basically a human made law so of i think that its a wrong law and taxable income should be more than this , then what should i do?

The appointment of Nisab has been left to human discretion. If you think that the threshold of taxable income should be raised, one may suggest the government. But one has to obey the law as far as it is effective. The taxes paid to the government can be deducted from the amount of zakat one has to pay.
