Can one hold/touch/read and teach Qurani Qaida to a kid during mentsruation as in other normal days?

As a matter of etiquette, it is recommended for women to not touch Quran while going through periods. There’s no prohibition but a matter of etiquette which entails that in case of a genuine need, it can be touched. Other than that, there’s no restriction for reciting the Quran during menstruation cycles.
