One of my friends asked me to ask this question to Ghamidi sb and get his answer/view on it.
He has Hindu friends who sometimes invite him to their Mundar for a visit or other non-worship-related events. His question was whether we could go to Mundars at all to see and meet friends or just for a visit. -

It is shirk that is Haram, but a casual visit to mundir which involves no ritual is permissible.

Yes, I was asking about a casual visit only and no rituals at all.
I assume attending a wedding there is okay too but can you please confirm? -
The same principle is applied. When there is no ritual of shirk, one can visit the place of idols.
