Touching Clothes After Istinjaa
Assalam Alaikum,
I have a question on istinjaa. If one does istinjaa after urinating or defecating, is it permissible to touch clothes to put them back on after istinjaa before washing hand? What if the hand/fingers that did istinjaa touched the underwear while putting it back on after istinjaa (before washing hands)?
Or does one have to wash hands first, then put their underwear and pants back on?

Usually, no filth is on hands after istanja, no there is not problem touching the cloth. It is the further purity or cleanliness which requires hands to be washed with something.
