Restraining From Haircut And Nails Triming For 10 Days Of Zulhajja
I saw Ghamidi sahibs video discussing whether Qurbani is wajib. I also heard that till Haj we shouldn’t cut hair or nails (even though not at Haj). My question is should we also abstain intimacy w our spouses until Haj days are complete?

The abstention of sexual intimacy with spouse relates to conditions of ihram, while refraining from trimming nails and hair relate to rituals of Nazar. Since people who are not not performing Hajj have no question of ihram, so the only conditions that could be applicable to them would be of Nazar, if they choose to apply them, since it is an an optional matter.
