    Apparently, God does not change the laws that God has made to govern the world. Does God break or change His laws in the absence of messengers? Has the Holy Quran given any guidance in this regard?

    No such thing happens in the absence of a messenger. However, there is a report that near the end of the world an animal from the earth will come up to talk to people. It might be under the same laws or some other laws which we do not know.
