Is Sacrificing An Animal Compulsory As A Muslim?
My question is regarding the sacrifical done before eid al adha.
As a muslim, is it a fard for me to do that or if I don’t do it then there is no harm in it?
Kindle enlighten me upon it.

Animal sacrifice is not done before eid-ul-adha, rather it is to be performed after Eid Salah on 10th of Zulhajja. It is not compulory but an optional worship ritual.
