  • Is Ghusl Invalidated, If Water Does Not Reach The Skin Due To Impurity?

    Asselamu aleyküm,

According to the Farahi school, the Ghusl does not require to reach the water to the skin pores. But, my question is, Is Ghusl invalidated if water does not reached the skin pores due to impurity (such as, dirty mud, sperm, etc, not the make-up, lotion, or oil), or even reached the skin but, does not washed out properly?

For Wuzu and Ghusl both, one need not go into unnecessary worry of making sure that water has actually reached the pores of the skin at microscopic level. But it does not mean that one should be careless when doing Wuzu and Ghusl (i.e. not intentionally missing certain parts). For Ghusl to be valid, it needs to be done in a thorough and complete manner (as per Quran). And when it is done this way, all the impurities like dirt, mud etc. will be removed automatically.
