    In all such cases, one should first see, if there is anything immoral or unethical or not. if not, then it is allowed otherwise not. In the above-mentioned case, there is not problem, rather beautification is desirable in Islam. See verse 7: 32

    قُلْ مَنْ حَرَّمَ زِينَةَ اللَّهِ الَّتِي أَخْرَجَ لِعِبَادِهِ وَالطَّيِّبَاتِ مِنَ الرِّزْقِ ۚ قُلْ هِيَ لِلَّذِينَ آمَنُوا فِي الْحَيَاةِ الدُّنْيَا خَالِصَةً يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ۗ كَذَٰلِكَ نُفَصِّلُ الْآيَاتِ لِقَوْمٍ يَعْلَمُونَ

      Thankyou for your reply. Kindly tell me if its done at home money is not spent. If its done by a dermatologist and money is spent for the purpose. will it be Israaf??

    When a thing is good and desirable, spending money on it is not Israaf.
