“there is a hadith in Termidi (أَقِیمُوا الصُّفُوفَ وَحَاذُوا بَینَ المنَاکِب، وسُدُّوا الخَلَلَ،) and in Bukhari it adds that even once shoulder should touch others shoulder and feet should touch others feet while praying in congregation. could you explain this if there is a women beside a man …still they can stand beside each other as the above hadith says?”

Although no particular arrangement has been prescribed in sharia for the arragement of rows in a congregational Salah still it is preferable to arrange rows in a way where certain distance between men and women can be maintained. However, there can be circumstances where such conditions may not be fulfilled all the time. It is still a matter of etiquettes which may vary in time and space.
As far as the Hadith is concerned (أَقِیمُوا الصُّفُوفَ وَحَاذُوا بَینَ المنَاکِب، وسُدُّوا الخَلَلَ), it is not an absolute requirement of Salah, rather it was an administrative measure to ensure that proper rows are formed for congregation. Now a days, this issue cannot arise since straight rows can be formed easily without this measure.

And what about if there’s no congregational prayer and we both are praying our own prayer , would it be also suitable to pray beside each other or Infront of eachother?
