If isha salah gets missed , n we read it the next day , as qaza, then do we have to read qaza of witre too ?

No, there is no compulsion to offer Qada of Witr.
Witr prayer after Isha, in fact, is Nafl not wajib and Nafl prayers are optional. Witr is part of Tahajjud Salah and is offered to make rakahs of Tahajjud Salah odd. Therefore, It is not any independent Salah. One should avail them but there is no compulsion or kind of dislike in leaving them with or without reason or excuse.
