Alternate Quran Translations To Sahih International
Salam Alaikum,
Just want suggestions on Quran translations other than Sahih International (and Pickthall since I have a hard time understanding Shakespearean English). Any suggestions?

Ghamidi Sahab’s Al Bayan if you want basic and accurate translations. (Website and app is free but hard copies are 7 books).
Maulana Wahiduddin Khan if you simply want the basic understanding (although may not be accurate as is case with most translations).

“The Qur’an: A New Translation by M. A. S. Abdel Haleem” is pretty good. Also Ghamidi Sahab’s Al Bayan is now available in English as well as Saad Aamir mentioned. However the translation itself is not 7 books. It’s just one book. https://al-mawrid.net/eshop/en/home/142-the-qur-an-translated.html

Is there a possibility I could get my hands on an app version of Dr. Ghamidi’s translation (even if it’s paid)?
Also did some searching on the net yesterday for Maulana Wahiduddin Khan’s translation. Found his one on his official YouTube page but it is not complete. Found some soft copies in Amazon etc but would prefer app version of his if available (even if it’s paid).

You mean a soft copy of Ghamidi Sahab’s translation?
@codename.AJK @UmerQureshi I don’t think that’s possible? Never seen a soft copy of Ghamidi Sahab books being sold.

No I meant I saw Maulana Wahiduddin Khan’s copy (Maybe it was the tafsir book if I remember correctly 🤔) being sold in soft copy.

Well from what I understand.
If you want Ghamidi Sahab’s translation. You gonna have to download the free mobile app or go to the free website.
If you want Maulana Wahiduddin Khan translation, there is https://quran.com/ that has option for it in the Settings and it is free.No idea about soft copies. And Wahiduddin Khan doesn’t have an app version at all in my knowledge.
