When we go to home country like Pakistan and India from gulf and if we wear or carry some stuff which are less in price in the gulf But higher price in home country which are liable to declare at customs and pay custom duty example iPhone, other electronics and gold etc.

If we don’t declare at customs and sell it in home country for higher price than I purchased in gulf. Is the money earned Haram?

Law of land are human laws that have some loopholes one may take benefit from without telling a lie or deception. This seems to be that kind of benefit. The law allows you to wear and carry the stuff that is not liable to customs duty. So, the income is halal.

But law says if u wear it you have to declare it and pay custom fees on it. If u dont get caught u make profit and if u get caught you pay custom fees as well as fine for not declaring it. So if I successfully not get caught and make profit will the money be halal from this loophole.

In that case, it is a deception that is not allowed. One must avoid it to be a good Muslim. However, the money earned through the items is not haram, as it is one’s own investment and effort which produce a profit.

Not declaring what one brings into the country is actually cheating; any money earned through cheating is Haraam.
