    The Glorious Quran (2:155) – Will Allah Certainly Test All His Believers?

    Asselamu aleykum,

    Is it certain that Almighty Allah (swt) will test all his believer, as evident in Suratul Baqarah ayat 155, or there is a context in this verse of the Glorious Qur’an?

    This is specific. Ghamidi saheb writes under this verse:

    This is a reference to the trials and tests which Muḥammad (sws) and his Companions would have to face after being granted religious leadership. It is evident from the Qur’ān that the court of justice which is set up for the nations of the messengers of God in this very world is set up once the righteous and wrongdoers are identified through such trials.
