Sunnis believe that we will be able to see God in heaven, but Shias disagree. What is the opinion of the Farahi school of thought on this matter?

It is reported in a hadith that the people will see their Lord as they see the Moon. However, this seeing of God cannot be seeing the actual Being of God, for it is not possible for a creature with limited vision to see who is beyond limits.

عن جرير بن عبد الله البجلي رضي الله عنه قال: كنا عندَ النبيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فنظرَ إلى القمرِ ليلةَ البدرِ، فقالَ: «إنَّكم سترون ربَّكُمْ كما تروْن هذا القمر، لاَ تُضَامُونَ في رُؤْيَته، فَإن استطعتم أنْ لاَ تُغْلَبُوا على صلاة قبل طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا، فَافْعَلُوا». وفي رواية: «فنظر إلى القمر ليلة أربع عشرة».

Jarīr ibn ‘Abdullāh al-Bujali (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: We were in the presence of the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) when he looked at the moon when it was full, and he said: “You will see your Lord as you see this moon, you will not have any difficulty in seeing Him. So if you are able to not be overcome in observing a prayer before sunrise (the Fajr) and a prayer before sunset (the ‘Asr), then do so.” In another narration: “He looked at the moon on the 14th night (of the lunar month).”
