As per above reference there is no credible way of finding the authenticity of the relics of the prophet.
Is there any other way of knowing the authencity of such relics ?

What about carbon dating method ? For example: This method was used in the case of Birmingham Quran Manuscript

Carbon dating can only help with verification of the time period, not the person. Also it is only helpful to verify a given artifact or a sample. When we have many samples all over the world that claim to be the original artifact then it is not very useful.
