Is It Permissible To Earn From Youtube Ads?
Aoa sir, I want to create a youtube channel for education and the education doesn’t contain anything haram however one major way to earn money from youtube is by allowing advertisement on the videos that we upload. When someone watches that ad or clicks on it, the advertiser pays money. Youtube gets 40% of that while the video uploader gets 60% of the revenue.
The problem is that even after telling youtube to filter certain ads that are explicitly haram such as ads whose subject is selling alcohol, black magic, promoting bad kind of movies and shows etc, the ads whose subject is halal are run however they may contain haram elements or there might still be explicitly haram ads that might run because we didn’t find the option to filter them out. Most of the ads’s subject is halal as far as I have seen but they may contain haram elements.
Is earning from youtube ads haram or halal then? -

After our permission we don’t know what will youtube show
One can say that we should not just give the permission?

We allowed them to play only ads related to Halal items (which can be adjusted in the settings). If they run something objectionable in such ads reated to halal items, then it is beyond our capacity to correct that. It is on them, not on us.

What if sir some other website doesn’t have any option to select categories
Should we then just not allow them to play any ads?

What I understand from the discussion is that if my video is used in an advertisement, such as one for cookies, and the ad features a girl wearing tight jeans, it is acceptable as long as the purpose and content of the advertisement are not harmful.

And also please help me to understand there are a lot of things specially women underwear garments and creams on which there are pictures of women which is not appropriate. So what about this kind of things the selling of this type of things is ok or not. Because the shopkeeper can not change these pictures. Infect some type when some do this kind of stuff that hiding or scratch for not displaying the customer doesn’t satisfied.
