قرآن میں لونڈیوں سے ہم بستری کی اجازت دی گئی ہے جیسے کہ سورہ مومنون کی ابتدائی آیات وغیرہ۔
استاد محترم غامدی صاحب نے فرمایا کہ غلام اور لونڈی بنانے پر اسلام نے پابندی لگادی ہے۔
قرآن تو رہتی دنیا تک ہے تو ان آیات کی تلاوت کا کیا مقصد بلکہ انہیں قرآن میں رہنے کا ہی کیا مقصد ؟؟
کیا دنیا میں غلامی اور لونڈی وغیرہ کا دور دوبارہ آسکتا ہے ؟؟ کیا غریب علاقوں کی غریب، مجبور اور بے کس عورتیں آج لونڈی کے حکم میں داخل ہوسکتی ہیں ؟؟

Slavery was an integral part of that society and Islam adopted a gradual approach towards eradication of the slavery, starting from prohibition of making new slaves and option given to current slaves to attain their freedom. During this phase, the allowance was given to current slaves and their status was not changed unless they make appropriate arrangements to stand on their feet and prove it to their owners. The verses on concubines that we find in Quran relate to those current slaves who were given allowance during the transition period.
The reason for those verses being still in Quran could be numeous but two prominent reasons are very clear:
i) The gradual process being adopted for slavery eradication serves as guideline on how to deal with similar societal evils in a society.
ii) Quran being Sarguzisht-e-Inzar of a Prophet cannot isolate itself from the history of that time. So all the guidelines, Sharia and the message of Quran are contained within this Sarguzisht-e-Inzar of a Prophet.
