Assalamu Alaaikum, if someone has started going into the deep and he gets scared or confused in a way he gets stuck in thoughts and cannot take actions, or start taking stress in the following scenarios:

    1) what if somehow the degrees obtained were not pure 100% (meaning cheating took place at times) or work experience in which he delivered good work or he got appreciated, but at times he took relaxation meaning coming late some times in the office etc. or taking long breaks.

    2) doing some work in company which his heart says should not be done like copying some parts of other websites and merging together to make a new brand. HE doesn’t want that but his seniors are this way.

Now, lets say, he made tauba and decided not to do these things again at all, will it be sufficient?

Also, now it is about his future and he want to take better decisions like going for study study or apply for immigration so he can earn better and do something for his family too. But These thoughts are hitting him that, since previous was not pure 100%, will this make him going abroad or take immigration or study permit will cause HAQ TAlfi of someone genuine? or the job he will be doing will be haq talfi? will the income be halal and his ibadat be accepted?

How should this person see these thoughts? and remove his confusions/doubts and start taking important steps in life? What should he remind himself or anything that he can know to help him take decisions and remove overthinking?

If one attains the required competence for the job he is or going to do, his earning is halal. The same goes for his studies. When one attains the required competence in his studies he deserves to get the degree. Minor irregularities are not ignored.

Hi, sir can you please explain that these minor irregulatities are ignored, are these in teachings of islam or it is an ( ijtehad)?, as try to do every minor things correct every time can become hard for a person.

And try to do every small thing correct, can we call it (tashdud/ hardship) of someones on himself?
