This is not answer of my question. Is it okay if an organization enforce a dress code (which almost every organization does)?

That was not your original question, but yes it is okay for an organization to enforce a dress code. This was also addressed by Ghamidi sahab in the video shared above.

A society comprises different kinds of people with different ideas and beliefs. So a state is not supposed to interfere with their personal or professional matters unless the matter is causing harm to the public. This is different from an organization imposing a dress code on its employees who have already signed up for such kinds of SoPs. An organization requires a dress code due to its specific needs. Here both cases are not analogous.
