اگر کوئی مجھ سے کہے کہ مجھے 100روپے کا چینج چاہیے اور میں اس کو 90 روپے دے دیتا ہوں اس کو بتا کہ تو کیا یہ سود ہو گا۔ کیونکہ اکثر علماء فرماتے ہیں کہ روپے پر روپے کمانا سود ہوتا ہے

As per todays FATWAZ yes its Riba. But in my opinion its a transaction between two persons and if both are agreed on this terms (like 90 for 100) then its not RIBA.

Actually, the most important question is WHAT IS RIBA?
Everyone is confused between Bank interest and RIBA. In my opinion both are different things. if you want to learn then I can differentiate it between two.

Riba is only in loan transactions. There is no Riba in “on the spot” transactions.
