in Sir Ghamidi’s view their is no problem in “in principle saved financing”, how ever Mufati Taqi Usmani in his book “Islamic Economics” quotes that “الربح على ما اصطلحوا عليه والوضيعة بقدر رأس الـمال” sharing profit and lose is indeed Islamic view of partnership and adds that the mentioned statement is قاعده فقهی jurist principle for business. my question is that ”could you please point out those jurists (فقها) that infer to the statement (Sharing only profit not loss) is also ethical.”

The question is, how principal secured investment is unethical”. Since it is not, therefore it is obvious, that it is lawful. The Qaida fiqhi is derived by Fuqaha which can be questioned. Sharing profit and loss is one ethical position and sharing profit and loss having the principal secured is another ethical position.
