Since a long time i have had ocds. now they are taking over my repentance.
whenever I have to repent, do I have to say it verbally?
whenever I do it I end up thinking something bad, and I have to repent again and again
whenever I try to repent, I have to do it again and again and again do to my OCD what should I do?

You should know that your matter is with God who knows the secrets of heart. He does not need your verbal utterances.
One cannot control one’s thoughts. So when a bad thought occurs we simply ignore it, you need not repent for the bad thoughts yo do not agree with. Let them pass
