Murabaha is a sales arrangement which pre-establishes the cost of goods and an agreed-upon profit margin for the lender. The lender acquires the items for the customer and finalizes the transaction with the customer’s chosen seller. The customer then repays the lender in installments.

There is nothing inherently impermissible in this arrangement. In principle, all business transactions are permissible unless there is an aspect of injustice or another immorality in them.
