Divorce Issue
Asalam alaikom..i want to ask about divorce matter kindly reply soon i am really hurt and want to sort it out..i have been married to my husband for three years and i am the second wife of him.. three years back when his wife got to know about his second marriage she told him she won’t let him see face of his kids if he doesnt divorce me..so husband asked his friend to make a stamp paper(in absence of any judge) and written on it three times divorce and everything but he told me beforehand about that paper that he is making it to show it to his wife only and doesn’t mean to divorce me and never shared that paper himself with me.. months later it was shared by his wife with me..also witnesses weren’t present when the paper was made and husband did sign the paper later..after that we had fights and he divorced me twice..does that stamp paper count as one divorce? Does intention matter while making a stamp paper? I really need to know about it ..kindly help..
