What is the detailed history of Azaan and why did prophet muhammad never said azaan in his lifetime despite being a messenger of Allah (swt).

    Jazakallahu Khaira.

+++ What exactly is the context and meaning of each and every word of the azaan.

We do not know the exact reason as to why He (sws) never gave Azan himself but being a prophet, it seems more appropriate for Him to lead the Prayers of Muslims in His capacity as their Imam. Secondly, at that time, in the absence of loudspeakers, appropriate individuals with loud voice were preferred for Azan purposes, so that the Azan can reach to distant places as well.

Regarding history of Azan, please refer to the following thread:

Please also shed light about the words “Hayya alas salah” and “Hayya alas falah”. Lot of riwayati baggage is with this 2 words.

    1. Salah and falah are connected to each other in what context ?

    2. Is it falah of this world or hereafter or both the worlds ?

Falah is with regards to Akhirah. Salah in this world will ensure Falah of Akhirah. So in essence, going to Salah is going to Falah.

**By riwayati narrative I mean the Indo-Pak hanafi-deobandi narrative.
